Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Outstanding Student International Scholarships at the University of Innsbruck, Austria 2022-23

• The grade point average for the tests, classes, and written assignments that applicants submit for the performance scholarship must be at least 2.0.
• Based on each student’s unique grades, the grade point average is computed. The grade point average is not derived from cumulative grades.
• To be eligible to apply for a performance scholarship, candidates must meet all general requirements.
• A minimum number of semester hours or ECTS-Credits must have been earned by applicants the year before the application was submitted. The specific criteria of each faculty specify the needed amount of semester hours/ECTS-Credits, which varies.

• Requisites for admission Candidates must have a Ph.D., the necessary teaching credentials, and the necessary domain knowledge to be considered.
