Short Description
Rising candidates are invited to apply for the University of Adelaide’s Macroecology & Biodiversity Conservation program. The course schedule is offered for the academic year 2022–2023.
If they enroll in a PhD study program in the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology at the University of Adelaide, all interested domestic and international candidates may participate.
Scholarship Award Benefit
All of the following will be provided by the university:
- Students will be given a top-up stipend in addition to an award of AUD$28,854 (tax-free 2022 rate) each year from the University of Adelaide. Based on academic performance and financial necessity, the reward will be given for three years.

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the SET PhD International Scholarships in Macroecology and Biodiversity Conservation at the University of Adelaide, Australia 2022-23:
- Participants must be eligible to apply for a PhD at the Universities of Adelaide and Copenhagen and possess a Master’s degree in ecology, computer science, mathematics, or conservation biology.

- For admission to the Doctor of Philosophy program, you must have a relevant University of Adelaide Honors degree or its equivalent with at least a second-class Honors (upper division).
- a postgraduate coursework degree that passes the GPA criteria, includes a considerable amount of research, and
- An appropriate University of Adelaide Research Master’s degree (or equivalent)
