The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, sponsored by the Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), provides talented students from the Middle East and North Africa with undergraduate and graduate scholarships (MENA).
The scholarship program is designed to assist individuals from socioeconomically disadvantaged families who have strong leadership potential but lack the financial resources to pursue an education in the United States.

Scholarship Award Benefit
All of the following will be provided by the university:
- The University of Queensland in Australia is offering a $10,000 educational grant for an illustrative amount of time for a degree program pursued at the Institution under the Liveris Academy Merit Scholarship Scheme.
- Additionally, you may be eligible for up to $10,000 in travel assistance for authorized exchange, internship, or Gap Semester options.

Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Fully Funded MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarships, USA 2023-24
- Candidates for undergraduate programs must be current high school seniors or classes of 2021–2022.
- High school seniors who wish to apply for undergraduate programs must continue to excel in their studies and pass their exit exams.
- Show that you can speak and write English well. 80 on the TOEFL iBT minimum (received within two years of the application date).
- Graduate candidates must show proof of their ability to communicate in academic English, as specified by the appropriate graduate program.
- Graduate candidates are required to make a commitment to finishing their master’s degree in two academic years. Indicate a need for money.
- Candidates must be economically disadvantaged or underrepresented in academia, and they must also provide supporting financial records. travel capability and the ability to begin their undergraduate studies in August or September of 2023.
- Show off your impressive academic background, maturity, flexibility, and capacity for leadership.
- Graduate School Evidence that you can communicate in English academically, as needed by the graduate program in question.
- Pledge to finish their master’s degree in two academic years. Indicate a need for money.
- Candidates must be economically disadvantaged or underrepresented in academia, and they must also provide supporting financial records.
