The Ph.D. project Team Diversity Change: A Dynamic Perspective on Team Diversity and Performance is being announced by the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM) at Erasmus University – Rotterdam School of Management.
For the school year 2022-2023, the initiative is seeking applications from both domestic and international students. The applicants must have a clear interest in the subject matter and hold an MSc, MA, or MPhil degree in a related field of study. The collective labor agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO-NU) will give selected individuals a wage and perks.

Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the International Ph.D. Scholarships Erasmus University, Netherlands 2022-23:
- The candidates must have received top grades in their undergraduate or graduate degrees.
- The candidates must have a clear motivation for and interest in scientific research.
- possess a GMAT or GRE score that is no older than five years old, with a minimum score requirement of 85% (needed for all incoming Ph.D. candidates).
