  • An authorized standard single Overseas Student Health Cover policy through the UNSW chosen supplier will cost the program around $2700.
  • $2000 relocation expenses for pursuing an HDR degree
  • Production of the HDR thesis cost $400.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Ph.D. Scholarships for International Students at University College Cork, Ireland 2022-23 all applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The selected candidates will benefit from individualized assistance on their research, membership in a Department and School that is increasingly focused on research, access to significant international networks, and teaching experience at the collegiate level. The supervisory team will be made up of academics who have an established record of holding various editorial positions, winning competitive research funding, and publishing in the top international journals and textbooks in their fields of study.
• The applicant(s) who are chosen may be sure that by earning their Ph.D. at UCC, they will be on the correct track to a prosperous academic career.
• The recipient of a scholarship will be expected, if qualified, to submit one or, if necessary, two applications, under the supervision and advice of the supervisor, for financing for external research under the Irish Research Council (IRC) Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme.
