We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2C Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and driving the short term and long-term strategy for the B2C line of business
  • Responsible for successfully building client relationships, solution selling, cold calling, closing leads, and generating new business.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure our customers enjoy a best of class customer experience.
  • Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans
  • Manage sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Identify and sign new strategic merchants: Bring on board key merchants in different categories that are currently not on the platform.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration / Marketing or relevant field (Second Class Upper)
  • 2 – 5 years work experience.
  • Minimum of Second Class Lower with relevant Master’s Degree.
