We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Security Officer / Security Officer

Location: Bida Niger,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Come up with a comprehensive security schedule that includes physical safety and security policies.
• Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed for all security personnel.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the organization to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
• Fostering a culture of physical and conscious security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with security personnel.
• Managing, evaluating, and resolving any security incidents or breaches.
• Ensuring that the organization’s security policies comply with laws
• Improving security policies to management team members.
• Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant course.
• Military or paramilitary background and understanding the security situation in Niger State and Nigeria in general.
• Minimum of 15 years experience as a Military Officer or a Paramilitary Officer.
• Minimum of 40 years and married
• Must be an indigene of Niger State preferably Bida locals is a plus
• Must be fit and proactive.
