We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Onboard new customers.
  • Encourage upsells and cross-sells of product.
  • Follow up on client to subcribe for a plan.
  • Follow up on subcription renewals.
  • Build relationships between customers and the support team.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 – 6 years work experience..
