We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Finance and Admin Service

Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the HAFS position:

• Design and implement efficient internal financial reporting and monitoring systems
• Assist in the creation of the annual business plan, administration expenses, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monitoring results
• Manages the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Implements budgetary controls
• Negotiates financing terms with investors & increases loans at the lowest interest rates
• Properly records tax expenses and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery amounts
• Supervises and delegates work for accounting staff
• Full-cycle accounting for assigned portfolio of properties including:
  • Timely preparation and analysis of monthly & quarterly financial reports
  • Initiate monthly payments for debt services
  • Calculation of monthly management fees and other fees
  • Resolution of problems and issues as needed
  • Timely tax payments
• Assist in fundraising and loans and grants acquirement planning and ventures
• Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners and manage these relationships.

Qualifications
We’re looking for:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Financing with bias in real estate finance
• 3+ years of previous accounting experience
• CPA, ACCA or ICAN certified applicant is preferred
• Expert level in the usage of financial softwares such as but not limited to Sage Accounting software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Document, Powerpoint)
• Experience in a real estate or construction company is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently and INDEPENDENTLY
• Strong foundation using Excel, Google Sheets or any other finance/accounting software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Be initiative and resourceful: can take charge and make things happen in creative ways despite a lack of resources.
• Be ambitious and goal oriented – committed to driving revenue and profit.

• Be competent in financial and strategic planning and business development
• Be great at analyzing and interpreting financial data and industry and economic forecasts.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
