Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management is required.
• Human resources professional with a minimum of 7years experience required.
• It is necessary to hold an HR professional certification.
• Education and experience comparable to a Master’s Degree in Human Resources (or a closely related field) are preferred.
• Trustworthy, ethical, and truthful
• Solid working knowledge of HR software, including HRIS, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Motivates and connects managers and employees in all areas of human resources through strong interpersonal skills.
