We are recruiting to fill the position below:

• Job Title: Team Lead, Contact Center.
• Location: Lagos.
• Application Deadline: Not Specified.
• Employment Type: Full-time.

 Job Obligations

• Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
• Processing orders and transactions.
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
• Providing proactive customer outreach.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field.
• Attention to detail, Resilience, Adaptability, Achievement Orientation, Teamwork, Oral Communication, Interpersonal relationships, Professionalism, Creativity, Innovation, and Conflict Resolution.
• Must have an appropriate people management qualification
• 3 – 5 years of working experience, preferably in an organization within the same industry is an added advantage.
